AVC has acquired the compression
assets of CompressTech, Inc and Maxwell Rand Holding Corporation. AVC has
established an exclusive licensing agreement with CompressIT, Inc to make its
compression assets available for sale to interested parties. AVC Principals, its Board of
Directors, and the Executive Management Team have gained experience since
1993 in the areas of image, audio, and video compression. AVC had developed
solid experience developing and marketing image management products. This corporation
exists to address the needs of the Personal Image Management market. AVC has staff positions for general
business, marketing, sales, and technology management. It Manages development
activities through CompressIT, Inc to keep development expenses to a minimum. AVC will employ both loss-less and
lossy image compression techniques based on research from CompressTech, Inc.
and other compression developers. AVC acquires image database, management,
viewing, and editing features through the image toolkits available from
CompressIT, Inc. AVC has created a demonstration
program to demonstrate its compression algorithm in a image viewer setting. AVC maintains its corporate offices
in Longmont Colorado to be near CompressIT, Inc and their staff of developers. |
