Our Executive Board

 

 

Wayne Green. Mr. Green is a graduate cum laude of Regis University, a Jesuit University in Denver Colorado, with a major in Computer Information Systems and a minor in Business Administration. He as been active in computer systems development for over 20 years. He formed Facilitation, Inc. in 1994 to apply advanced technology to business practice. His achievements include computer architecture design, major computer systems development, intelligent building applications of advanced technology, and the design of a terabyte database hardware and software system for an international communication company. He has taught computer language and computer science courses for Denver University’s Masters of Computer Information Systems program. His experience includes data and mathematical analysis, communications, and systems design. He currently directs the design efforts of specialists in areas related to Information Savvy’s products.

Joseph Pecukonis. Mr. Pecukonis brings years of business management and startup experience to Information Savvy. A Graduate of Northeastern University in Boston in Electrical Engineering, Mr. Pecukonis developed Pasar, Inc. and managed its merger with Amprobe, Inc., a $3 million dollar/yr. subsidiary of Core Industries a $250 million dollar/yr. Conglomerate. He spearheaded three different acquisitions and joint ventures resulting in a $6 million/yr. increase in Core Industry’s revenue. He has personally developed over 13 successful patents. Major career achievements include organizational development, manufacturing, engineering, sales, marketing, new product development, deployment, and invention.

 

Mr. Terrell Sisson. Mr. Sisson is an ambitious entrepreneur and leader.  He has developed and repeatedly demonstrated his ability to start-up and manage a variety of service and manufacturing businesses, particularly in the fields of electronics, information systems, and telecommunications. Mr. Sisson brings to the company his proven track record in sales, promotion and marketing.  Furthermore, his knowledge and experience in multi-channel marketing, negotiating, and public relations will be of particular benefit as the company achieves further market penetration.  He provides an extensive knowledge of an array of technologies from physics and mathematics to computer and digital communication systems.  Mr. Sisson has a Bachelor degree in Secondary Education with emphasis in mathematics and physics.  He also has a degree in Electronic Technology and continued post-graduate studies in Business Management, Computer-Based Training, and Electrical Engineering.  Mr. Sisson is an experienced businessman who has managed many companies, has the tenacity to get the job done, and enjoys challenging opportunities.  He applies his energetic personality to enlist, organize, and unify others towards corporate objectives.  Mr. Sisson’s vivid creativity thrives on product development projects and he has personally conceived and developed many patented products. Mr. Sisson holds the position of Chairman on the Board of Directors for Hi-Tech Communications, Satellite Solutions, and Maxwell Rand Holdings.

 

 

Mark Haggerty. Mr Haggerty became Chairman of the Board of Mail Call, Inc. in October of 1999; at the same time that Kensington International Holdings, Inc. became our majority shareholder. He has been Corporate Secretary since August of 1999. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School and is a practicing attorney. From 1971 to 1985 Mr. Haggerty was employed as an attorney with the Minneapolis law firm of Smith, Juster, Feikema, Malmon, and Haskvitz and was its youngest shareholder, officer and director.He has served as aprosecutor in Minnesota, and has also been in private practice. He hasbeen The C.E.O. and C.O.O of Kensington since 1993. During the past 18 years, Mr. Haggerty has structured and closed more than 150 taxable and non-taxable financing and marketing programs both in the United States and Europe. He is also a Registered Securities Representative. He serves on the Board of Directors for Mail Call, Kensington, Ives Design, Inc., and Haggerty and Associates, Inc. Mr. Haggerty is also an elected official, as a commissioner of parks in Hennepin County, Minnesota, which administers 300 employees and has a $15 million annual budget. Mr. Haggerty has been involved with the formation of Information Savvy since its inception.

 

 

 

Gary Reeves  -- Adds his years of experience as a semi-pro hockey player and Coach to Information Savvy’s board of directors. He formed a leading hockey school that has produced some of the finest Canadian hockey players. Mr. Reeves has been an entrepreneur for most of his business career. He formed the famous Cove Summer Music Pavilion, booking top musical talent into the Toronto area. He is past president and current director for the Welland Club, a civic organization devoted to promoting the city of Welland Ontario. He has served on the board of directors for an image technology company and his talent is instrumental in developing and maintaining relationships with technologist, investors, and customers. Mr. Reeves has been involved with the formation of Information Savvy since its inception.
